Biography

Shen Hugang, Associate Chief Physician, works in the Department of Medical Aesthetics at Jiangsu Provincial Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He studied under Professor Huang Jinlong, a renowned plastic and aesthetic surgery expert in Jiangsu Province. His research focuses on clinical treatment in plastic and aesthetic surgery integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine. He has completed advanced studies at Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Jeong Dong-hak Simmi Eye and Nose Plastic Surgery Hospital in Seoul, South Korea. He currently serves as a medical cosmetology attending physician in Jiangsu Province, a member of the Integrative Medicine Branch of the Chinese Association of Plastic and Aesthetics, and a member of the Jiangsu Plastic and Aesthetic Association. He has published 29 academic papers as first or corresponding author in China and abroad, including 7 indexed by SCI, 3 indexed by CSCD, 1 in a Chinese core journal, and 18 in science and technology core journals. He has obtained 1 invention patent and has led and completed 2 municipal-level scientific research projects.
